Main:
By default, Move It! automatically detects the number of displays attached to your PC, adds them as screens in the lower panel of the main window, and then adds Internet Explorer and Media Center (if applicable)
to the list of programs it can move in the top portion of the screen.
To launch a program on a specific screen, simply select it in the upper window, select
the screen number in the lower window, then click the "Launch" button.
If the program you wish to move is already running, right click its icon in the
upper window and select "Take Control of Existing". You can now move the program by
selecting the screen in the lower window and pressing the "Move to Selected Screen" button.
Add Program:

To add a program to the list, go to the File menu and select "Add Application...".
The window pictured above should now open up. From this point, click the "Browse..."
button, and select the executable file of the program. If you want to change the
label of the application in the list, just edit the text in the "Application Name"
box. To save your changes, press the "Accept" button. The program should now be
in the list on the main screen.
Preferences:

The preferences window simply lets you change the way Move It! behaves. This feature is accessible through the File menu.
Screen Management:

To manage the screens area of the main program, go to the File menu and select "Manage Screens...".
This portion of the program lets you rename the screens to something more meaningful
than a display number. If you wish to see which screens correspond to the numbers,
click the "Identify Screens" button. A flashing number will appear in the center
of each display. To rename a screen, select it in the list and change the text in
the box below the list. Clicking the "Rename" button changes the label. To save
your changes, click the "Accept" button.
